Welcome to ericrolson.com, a portfolio website for multi-media producer and writer Eric R. Olson. His topics of specialty include science, natural history and the environment. Please visit Eric's blog Science of the Times for some of his most recent work.
Eric is a graduate of the Science, Health and Environmental Reporting Program at New York University. His written work has appeared in a variety of well-known publications. Eric also has extensive experience shooting, editing and producing video. He has interned with industry-leading filmmakers in both Seattle and New York City. Eric is originally from Seattle, Washington. Previous to his career in media, he worked in the field of human genetics studying the gene mutations that predispose women to breast cancer.
